Processing purposes
NEOSCAN BVBA collects and processes the personal data of customers for the purpose of customer and order management (including customer administration, tracking of orders/deliveries, invoicing, solvency monitoring, profiling and sending marketing).
Legal basis of processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of various legal grounds, being (a) consent, (b) necessary for the execution of an agreement, (c) necessary to comply with a legal obligation, (d) necessary for the representation of our legitimate interests to undertake business (see Article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation).
